OP OP! Article about how the Russian world “saved” our client’s BMW X5M E70.
Before the full-scale invasion of Ukraine, the car was in very good condition, the owner loved and took care of it, but the Russian world decided to change everything.
A shell exploded near the car, causing almost all the body elements to be damaged, and all the glass on the left side was shattered.
On the right side, there is a through hole from the shrapnel in the rear wing. The roof has two through holes.
The dashboard and windshield were also damaged by shrapnel from the shell. The front bumper, left front headlight, and hood were also damaged, but the engine compartment remained intact.
This vehicle is in good technical condition, with a 4.4 V8 engine producing 500 horsepower. Due to such damages, the car lost $5,000–$10,000 from its value, as before the war, such cars cost on average $25,000.
The owner is currently deciding whether to restore the car or sell it for parts.
