To fix the issue with swirl flaps, ideally, the intake manifold should be replaced, but our recommendation is simply to remove the swirl flaps.

After removing the intake manifold, a lot of soot was found, which led to reduced power and higher fuel consumption. Our recommendation is to clean the intake manifold and intake channels every 80,000-100,000 kilometers.

The intake manifold was sent for ultrasonic cleaning, and before cleaning, we removed the swirl flaps.
